Simplify Your Life, Step Six: Simplify Your Diet


Those who know me well (and you'll see this in a huge way in the new novel I just released, Hungry), know that I believe diet and nutrition is one of the major factors in living in optimum health. When you bring your diet down to its lowest common denominators - in other words, eat food that you enjoy in its most natural state possible - your life becomes simpler in several ways. Not just in the area of health, but also finances and home organization.
